Health Coaches:

Our health coaches help whānau to gain knowledge, skills, tools and confidence to take an active part in their health care to reach the goals they want to achieve.  This may include, support to manage appointments, conditions or medication, bridging the gap between whānau and clinicians, navigating the healthcare system, emotional and cultural support, health plans and coaching.

Clinical Team:

Our clinical team includes registered nurses, social workers, and a psychologist who provide a range of support options from a Kaupapa Māori framework.

Pae Tuara:

These support roles have specialist areas that complement the work of the wider team and expand the range of support we can offer whānau. This may include, rongoā, karakia, connecting with te taiao, and holistic healing.

Group Programmes:

• Ngā Kaihautū: 10-week programme for tāne.
• Niwareka: 10-week programme for wāhine.
• Hā: 12-week rangatahi programme.
