TOITU is a singer song writer competition for Rangatahi aged between 13 and 18. It is a vehicle to support rangatahi to realise and reach their dreams and aspirations. This journey begins with an intensive four month leadership programme where rangatahi are encouraged and equipped to flourish in their pursuit of achieving the future they desire.
