April 2015: The programme is activity based and follows the exploration trails of prominent Te Arawa Ancestors from Maketu to Tongariro to Rangitoto with the focus on achieving and maintaining healthy weight.
Through experiencing philosophies and practices that work, you will learn health and fitness training techniques, complete an individual health plan, understand eating and food, test out state of the art assessment tools in world class facilities and more.
The programme starts on 24th April and goes till 24th July.
