Te Rau Matatini is pleased to offer the Scholarships Programme 2015 funded by Health Workforce New Zealand that includes:
Hoe Tahi – Alcohol and Addictions (AOD) Scholarships
40 scholarships of $5,000 awarded to successful applicants for the pursuit of studies in the field of Alcohol and Other Drug Addictions.
Henry Rongomau Bennett Scholarship
15 scholarships of $5,000 awarded to successful Māori applicants for pursuit of studies in specified fields of health.

Hoe Rua Work Based Placements 2014
Te Rau Matatini would also like to invite expressions of interest from AOD Treatment providers to apply to be a Host Organisation for 2014. You will find the Host application form on our website.

Henry Rongomau Bennett Excellence Awards
Te Rau Matatini is also pleased to announce the three categories of the Henry Rongomau Bennett Excellence Awards for 2015.
The three categories are:
- Ta Tatou Mahere Korowai Award for the establishment of Rangatahi Advisory Groups. There is an opportunity for 2 awards of up to $7,500 available.
- The Harry Pitman Award to recognise leadership in the minimisation of addiction related harm for Māori. The successful nominee will receive up to $5,000 for their nominated project.
- The Bob Henare Award is to support rangatahi Māori and foster potential leadership of tomorrow in the mental health sector. The successful nominee will receive up to $5,000 for their project.
