July 2017: Toi Ohomai is offering a free course for any whānau member that is 16 years and older.
- The course gives whanau the opportunity to gain NCEA Level 2 (Sixth Form equivalent)
- The course is 17 weeks
- Starts on Monday 24th July
- Free transport throughout the course can be provided
The course is about preparing whānau for the work force and assisting them with their career and educational pathways.
The course is fun, includes heaps of cooking and eating, visits around our district, and heaps of valuable learning and meeting cool people.
At Toi Ohomai, whānau can explore their options, meet people from all around the world, have access to a gymnasium, weights and cross fit centre,
onsite nurse, doctor and social workers, student centre, a large library, cheap mechanics, multiple computer suites, unlimited Wi-Fi, and free bus services... the list goes on!
