If you are a Homeowner, who does not have a Community Services Card, you could be eligible for an EECA subsidy dependant on the following criteria;
- Children or elderly living in the home
- A health related need, e.g. Asthma, Rheumatic fever, Cardiovascular disease, Whooping cough.
- An income related need
If you are a Homeowner who does not have a Community Services Card and does not meet the above criteria, you are eligible for a WISE Better Homes Healthy Homes subsidy of 33% up to $1300.
If you are aLandlord who has a tenant who holds a Community Services Card, you could be eligible for a 60% subsidy dependant on meeting the following criteria;
- Children or elderly living in the home
- A health related need, e.g. Asthma, Rheumatic fever, Cardiovascular disease, Whooping cough.
